What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of complimentary refreshments. The specifics may vary based on the type of service — for example, sunset trips include top-tier appetizers and beverages, while business charters offer facilities for meetings and corporate-level catering.
When should I make my booking?
Booking should generally be done 2–3 weeks beforehand to secure your spot, particularly in high season (May–September). For corporate gatherings and personal events, we suggest reserving your spot 4–6 weeks early for improved availability and to leave room for any bespoke arrangements.
What do we do in the event of bad weather?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Should our captain assess the weather as hazardous, we'll offer an alternative date for your charter or provide a full refund. We keep a close watch on the weather forecasts and will reach out to you if adverse conditions are anticipated 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Is it permissible to bring personal food and drinks aboard?
Absolutely, personal food and non-alcoholic drinks such as juice or soda are permitted onboard. We also have excellent catering services available and can tailor menus to your taste. Do note, for safety, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility issues?
We aim to welcome every guest aboard. Certain yachts are equipped with better facilities to aid those with mobility limitations. We encourage you to reach out to us during booking to ascertain your specific needs, so we can advise on the most appropriate vessel and make necessary preparations for your comfort and convenience.
What is your policy on cancellations?
If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the charter's scheduled departure, you're entitled to a full refund. Cancellations happening between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours will not be refundable unless it’s due to unsuitable weather conditions or mechanical malfunctions from our side.
